Our therapy, consultation and coaching services are confidential and can be anonymous if required. Appointments are for Skype, telephone or email sessions and management consultations.

Consultations are offered on two different basis.

Single Session Lead – £75 per session of one hour 

The client determines when they require further sessions if any. However, all clients will be given set guidance and maintainance strategies post appointment in order to be able to embed changes. Based on following the guidelines the client decides when they require the next session and will be recommended a course of action.

Monthly Maintenance Sessions – £150 per month 

These sessions are Skype based therapy sessions of one hour which are twice monthly  Included is email support throughout the month which allows for  discussion and consolidation of therapeutic intervention. In other words – support you as you progress.
